The owners of a swimwear business wanted to spruce up an empty wall inside their warehouse where they often held yoga sessions and sales events.

The original inspiration came from a warm, pink beach photo the owners liked. I tinkered with the image and came up with two options within their budget that would make a big splash across this 20-foot-high wall. Then we sat down to choose colors that would look right under the artificial lighting.

The paints were purchased and the scissorlift delivered. I used a projector to lay out the overall design and painted the base colors.

The colors of the water were blended while the sky retained its wispy sunset layers.
